  • Where are your products manufactured? A.  Most (if not all) our espresso machines are manufactured in Milan , Italy.  Some of our cookware and other items are manufactured in the USA.
  • Are they guaranteed? A.  All of our products are warranted by the manufacturers.
  • What is your return policy? A. We have a return policy , see the Policies page for details.
  • Are orders secure? A.  Yes. We use PayPal to collect credit card orders. PayPal is one of the most trusted collection services for internet businesses. We also offer other methodsof payment if you are unsure about paying online.
  • Is there a sales tax?  A.  Only if you live in the state of  Virginia. A 4.5% sales tax is added to your purchase.

  • How do you ship?  A.  We  use  FedEx  for  most  Gensaco  products.  Most  other  products  are  shipped  UPS. Most large commercial machines ship FedEx.  We do not recieve your payment for 3-4 days after you complete your order. Please allow for this much time before we ship your item.

  • How  do  I  know  my  order  has  been  shipped?  A.  When  you  leave  an  email  address  when  you  place  your  order  ,  we  will  contact  you  when  your  order  is  shipped.
