For installations in any of these metro areas , the charge for installation , start-up and 90 day labor warranty is $350. For locations outside of these metro areas the customer will incur travel charges by the local servicing agency. Travel charges will be quoted and charged directly from the service agency to the end user / customer. It stands to reason the further the location is from a metro area , the more travel charges will be incurred. The water connection should consist of a 3/8" diameter water line. Our hoses will attach to a 3/8" compression by 3/8" NPT (male iron thread) fitting. It is important to arrange for a water supply line to be run just under the unit. Our hoses are designed to make connections up to 36" from the unit.
The drip tray drains into a black box , which in turn drains into a vynl tube. This tube must drain as steeply as possible , since it will be carrying some coffee grounds. It can clog easily if the line runs horizontally for more than 1 foot. This is especially true where the hose leaves the black box. Run the drain line down through the SAME HOLES AS FOR THE WATER LINE. Keep from pinching it. CONNECT IT TO A FLOOR DRAIN. It is important to locate the unit as close to the drain as possible. This should be done when locating the final site.
